N. Texas mineral rights leased for $10/acre with 12 1/2 % royalty five yrs ago. Now leases bring $1500/$2000 per acre with 25% royalty. Better watch those gas people as the ones down here have difficult time telling the truth!!!!!!!! If one has smaller acreage you can get a "no drill clause" Tx Jim
