If'n I remember right, you've got a Powerstroke. The first and very most important thing is to ditch the turbo downpipe. You can buy a pretty good turbo back 4" system on eBay for a shade over $300 with shipping. Do some poking around the web and you'll see the difference between the stock one and a mandrel bent one.
