Land rents from $40 for dryland sand (And I mean sand!) to $200 for good heavy irrigated ground.Yields in an average year are around 70-130 bpa for corn and 25-35 bpa for beans on the sand and probably 160- 200+ corn and 40-70 bpa beans on the irrigated ground. Sure is getting hard to find decent ground at a decent price. I think taxes are around $10-$20 an acre for bare land. Been selling for $3000-$6000 and acre.
