There was an issue some years ago about 70 series Case tractor ptos starting up by themselves, via the hydraulic control not being terribly reliable...although my 2470 did not have that problem, it certainly was a concern while hooked to the forage chopper. Always moved the header drive out of gear while unplugging it, even tho the pto was shut off.
