Front end Loader

Does anybody know if a front end loader off of a 460 utility will work on a 240 utility? My guess is that you might have to modifty some brakets but I am not for sure. Would that loader be to much for a 240 since it came off of a 460? I dont' know anything about the loader just that I am suppose to go look at it sometime. Not sure what brand or anything. Sorry for the big question with little info on this side. Thanks for the help......
