Lived on a farm till 17.
Stayed in the Army 23 years...retired.
Went to work in DC for a contractor.
Been with a major electric company ever since.

Part time jobs to make ends meet while in the Army include journeyman mortician, drove a hearse, drove a heavy wrecker, drove a semi in Alaska, worked in a Western Auto tire shop in Alaska, sanded and painted boats in Virginia and worked in about as many gas stations as you can count.
Gonna retire one of these days...but am not quite ready yet.
