Me, clean since 1967, three packs a day to zero. Was probably the best and hardest thing I have ever done. You do not have to quit smoking two or three packs per interval, all you have to do is not smoke the next one. Not smoking that one, has saved me thousands of dollars not to mention the health and other costs. Well yes I am preaching (and blowing my horn) but this is all for smoking until at least next Sunday.
