I would not worry much about that mileage on that engine. But if I remember the '03 6.0L was the first year run and had a bunch of small problems(EGR is one thing that comes to mind), that were straightened out for '04. May want to consider finding a 7.3L or going up to an '04. Unless of course this one is a good deal. Then I would not be too worried. Especially if it appears to run fine.
