Okay, this isn't perfect, but this is how my IT manual shows it: Disconnect governor/throttle linkage and adjust idle screw to max rpm. Adjust idle back down to 500 rpm via throttle stop screw. Reconnect throttle linkage, then adjust power jet by disconnecting three plug wires to simulate load, then adjust to best sound. I did this on my mf65 and came up with dismal results, hope it works better for you. I may have missed something.
