If emblem on front reads Golden Jubilee 1903-1953 it is a '53 Jubilee, the '54 wasn't a Jubilee. It is an "NAA" "basicaly the same tractor.)The key switch is tucked up under the hood on the left side if you are sitting in the drivers seat. The "horn button" is probably a light that illuminated the gages. Good luck! (Fine old tractors, the Jubilee & NAA!)
