I couldn't agree more. Always had Dodge trucks/ cars and a few Chryslers. The local Dodge dealer where I have purchased 8 cars/trucks in the last 10 years held my wife and I for over 9 hours. We came in and said we wanted to buy a new Durango and a new 3500 diesel pu. After 9 hrs, ( she had picked out the Durango she wanted 1/2 hr after we got there) they still had not done an appraisel on my 2002 trade in 2500 Said "come back tomorrow". I bought my 3500 from another dealer, from a great salesWOMAN, and paid for it on the spot. 7 weeks later it came in and there was 18 miles on it and a stain on the front seat! At first I was told by the service manager the 18 miles were a "test drive" for my benifit. I told the sales gal they could keep my "used" truck. She made it up to me with $1000.00+ in running boards and extras, so I took it...and love the truck...just not the dealers!!!
