One thing to consider (though i havent priced a duramax injector) but the fords injectors are very very very expensive. Also their whole injection system is very very high priced and very problematic. Their systme is much like a cat heui system and is expensive and complicated. Stepper pumps are very problematic and expensive. Also some of the power strokes would after an oil change (early ones(dont know about later ones) were problem matic to bleed sometimes after some agge. also, they can be a real problem and pain in the but as one o ring can make the whole system fail
