I think that the first year the 6 L came out (2003?) there were a fair percentage of these trucks that were lemons. Problems with the computer as I recall. However, my brother bought one of the first year 6L trucks and has had not problems at all, and a friend bought one the second year they were out, and also has had no problems.

I think it was a hit or miss thing, with a much lower percentage of lemons compared to the first year or two.
