My opinion is that you would be nuts for buying that tractor for that price. By the sounds of it, its grossly overpriced, and I would keep looking. A 686 is an alright tractor, but if I wanted a 310 german engined tractor, I would go for a 756- ALOT better tractor, and alot more weight behind it. Great brakes too, something that 686 is lacking. My two cents though....
