Personally, the ps is worth it's weight in gold provided it works properly and doesn't leak. A new add on kit for the 601 is about $1200. The only thing with the jubilee is keeping the rear hubs tight, they have a tendency of working loose when not torqued down to I think is 350 foot pounds. Other than that they are they same tractor- hp, trans, everything. If you ever put a loader on, the ps shines. I picked up 800 lbs. with the loader on my 861 turned the wheel with 1 finger, ps of coarse.
