If you click the John Deere link, you will see a table of HP vs model and serial number range for that hp. Looks like the Model 50 had 27.5-29.2 hp at drawbar. Model 50 4-11/16 x 5-1/2 190 5000001-5033751 Gas 31.0 27.5
