If you REALLY need some hens(not just scamming), and have a coop, water, run/pen and feed available, check local feed store, FFA, 4H club for leftover projects. Some students going to college might give you their half pets if you can provide a good home for them. Some Hatcheries will occasianally have a few odd leftovers to donate also. Humane society sometimes gets over sized easter chicks to adopt out. Florida has some free range birds you can pickup.
