It's likely just two AC lines coming off the stator and running to a rectifier or rectifier/voltage regulator.
Sometimes two pairs of leads are ran out from the stator. Two AC wires to lights and two AC wires to the DC recitifier/regulator charging system.
Magneto or coil ignition? Magneto shorts out to stop the engine. The coil ignition opens the circuit.
Most of these can be wired up just using some measurements with a muiltimeter and some investigation.
If a rectifier/regulator cannot be found. Just a bridge rectifier and a zenor diode from Radio Shack does the same.
