No Hydrant ,it's a well with casing and main line inside of that .And its plastic so no backhoe , no welder , no drill. Wells pump with windmill , pumpjack or submersible pump and the water drains out of a weep hole in the mainline into the casing 6 or 8 feet below the ground when not pumping to keep from freezing. I might try the compressed air though.
