I've been using biodiesel for 2 years now. A lot of people have been using 25% with no problems yet.... I say yet because just because there has been no problems doesn't mean there won't be. ALL major OEMS recommend no more than 5% blend. It eats rubber components and is a good paint stripper. A 5% blend will raise the gel point by about 2 degrees Farenheit and cut mileage and power by about 1%. Otherwise there is no noticable difference. For a good resource, check out biodiesel.org and click on the fuel facts - lots of research there.
