T-Bone;We have eight wonderful dogs of various breeds. Most saved from road kill or gas chamber. We now use a Homeopathic Vet., because our experience has been extraordinarly successful in comparison to using several different local vets.We still use the local for for simple things but use Dr sheaffer ( 717 )838-9563 for persistent problems not solved by the locals. IE One of our dogs had throw up problems for two weeks with every meal. Two different vets here had no success. We called Dr Sheaffer and his first suggestion stopped the problem in Four hours.Have called on his help several times ,always with good results. He may seem a bit pricy but the results panned out to be more reasonable in the long run. This doc.mainly uses holistic and natural methods.Good luck one way or the other.
