Let me guess you wnet to an auto parts store and got a fuel filter made for a car or truck right?? Well if so theres your problem, those filters and made for fuel systems with a fuel pump not a system like a tractor has. Seen many tractors that will not run or will not run right with them in the line. Every tractor I have gotten over the years with one I removed it and threw it as far as I could.
