Farmall 560 making a terrible screeching noise

560 with a pto pump for a f11 loader, I was moving a hay bale when this really loud noise starts, it sounds like it's coming from the bell housing. The t/a is ok it drives, the pto shaft is turning but the loader will lift really slow.I'm going to spend more time on it later today....any thoughts?
