WRONG cub pto turns same direction as motor. spindles are threaded for this, blades are designed for this. 140 pto turns opposite direction of motor as do most tractors, spindles threaded for this and blades designed for this. NOW if you insist on doing this then you need to cross the belt and put a twist in it. It then will eat all belts except for WOODS which will have a shorter life then normal. I run a WOODS mower from a Kubota on a cub. Had to cross the belt and it eats belts. Price was good enough to be able to do this. This mower is for sale as I finally found the right mower for a cub at the right price. Central Ohio $200 Good luck Ron
