Woods L59 on a Farmall 140

I need to tap someones knowledge of woods mowers. Question: If I purchase an L59 from a 1967 cub, and want to put it on my 1974 Farmall 140; I should only need to purchase the drive and bracket kit from Woods. Is this correct? Are all these L59 decks the same, and the only real difference is the mounting and drive hardware used on the different tractors?
