Don't know about "new" but my 1997 F-150 has gone through 340,000 miles with only replacing O2 sensors and an ABS sensor. I have replaced the radiator 5 times, but the first one was due to damage caused by a mechanic. The subsiquent ones were due to them being cheap NAPA CR*P parts. I'd say there are still real trucks out there.
