Another Plowing question ?

In the last week I bought an Oliver 3x16 three point plow.Plow seems to be in very good shape and turns the sod over well. Problem is when I have to back up the three point hitch arm on the right side hits the rear tractor tire. Do I have to move the rear tire out or shorten the chain on the other side? By the way Im using a massey 175. Thanks Lou
