I have a forklift with the same engine. I had
the same problem and it ran me crazy. Float
had tiny hole in it. Put in a new float solved the problem. Also I have an R40 Ditch Witch with Wisconsin
engine. I have a parts manual for it. If you
need some info on this machine would be glad to
help. This one has been in my families business
since 1975.
