We have two BS-B bins , they are 14' diameter, a few years ago we added extensions to the bottom by jacking them up and added drying floors and an auger basket, we use them for seed. Really no need for a sweep in them as shoveling is not too bad , but i recomend a respirator for working with oats if you don't wanna spit black all day. But since you are going to use it as a shed, I would use rope caulk just like you were putting it up for grain to seal out leaks, and if you don't use all the holes or drill new ones, just put a bolt with a rubber washer in that hole to seal it. You will be using open end wrenches to work with the sqaure nuts to take it apart , and some have screw driver flat head bolt heads on the outside, all I can say is have FUN with THAT!My sons love the lids on the bins, they look like a giant old style bottle cap!
