Rubber bin washers....locally I'd say a good sized hardware store, or any farmer with grain bins that he built will have stash of them, if you could find a grain bin dealer, he could hook you up with some, most bin bolts are 5/16" diameter, and have a steel washer either built in or added so the rubber washer will seal good, try not to spin the bolt head from the outside of the bin because it will chew up the washer and that's not good, have a "buddy" tigthen the nuts from indide the bin while you stand outside with a wrench to hold it from spinning out there.
