Tim - Smoked for 20+ years. I watched both Grandparents die from lung cancer. Grandad smoked, but Grandmother never did. I was in both hospita rooms when they died (several years apart). I decided that I was not going to make my son come and stand by my hospital bed and watch me die a slow death from lung cancer simply because I couldn't stop a habit. And trust me, it's just a habit. If your mind is made up, you will never smoke again. If you go into it "hoping you can quit", you have probably already lost the battle. Good luck, and never take the first drag, and you will never smoke again. Bob
