Those numbers mean nothing without production figures to go with them. Example, Cooper with 142 complaints may have only produced say 1000 tires making for a 14.2 percent complaint rate while goodyear with a seemingly huge amount of complaints at 1296 having sold 100,000 tires has really had much less complaints with oney a 1.296% complaint rate. Keep in mind these numbers are off the top of my head because I don't have production numbers to go with the complaint numbers you listed.
