I"m guessing the whole is thing is bullS@# brought on by one isolated incident or a some reporter ticked off at his local tire center. We use Cooper tires on our fleet of 40 some work trucks from 3/4 ton pickups up to semis and have never had a problem. This reminds me of the reports that chevy trucks will ALWAYS explode in every fender bender and all ford explores are liable to overturn and kill you just sitting in the driveway. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
