Schramm tractor

I recently came across a Schramm Pneumotractor.
It is six cylinder,part engine and part air compressor. Does anyone know anything about this tractor? What were they used for? Are they collectible? The owner wants to sell it but we have no idea what it might be worth. I would appreciate any information or suggestions.
