It might physically fit,but it won't have enough power to run the picker and move itself,much less pull a wagon.You don't have powertrol so you have no way of lifting the picker.Also the rear axles aren't strong enough to support all the weight with the wheels reversed and all the way out on the axles.Even with a late A,a 227 picker is a mouthfull,especially in wet ground or hilly terrain with a 1/2 full wagon.Best option for a 227 is a late 60,or 620,and make sure the tractor has the engine screens,and exhaust shield on it.
