The people I talked to there, said that the auction was held to help pay taxes, get rid of the stuff. It"s a shame to se it hapen if thats the truth. He had a nice collection, but it hadn"t been taken care of the past few years. It was my understanding that the stored items had 2-3" of coon and possum poo on them. Judging from the smell at the grounds I"d believe it. The worst pat of the whole auction was that a few items (the Avery and the Aultman Taylor 30-60) were going to go overseas.
