DZ, I don't really understand your problem. There are thousands of Hispanics operating tractors and other equipment from the Mississippi to the West Coast.
If they are recent arrivals of course most of them won't have any experience but where is your honcho. If you didn't/couldn't hire one you better before your equipment is destroyed.
I�d suggest you keep one over as full time help if this is going to be an annual challenge. If you think a tape or class will do it your wrong. Only OJT will achieve what you want. These guys will become some of the best operators you can get but it takes a lot of time same as it did for you or me.
