Larry, I think he's a little high for what they sell for around here. If he were to throw in a new 6' Landpride then I'd consider it. Also you didn't say what brand the loader is or if it is new or has been on the tractor since it was new. If the loader is new and it's an Allied it's worth about 3500. At that he's asking a new price for the tractor. You will also need added weight on the front if you use a heavy bush hog. Remember you can buy a new JD 5103 with a loader for around 14500. As stated the Long doesn't have the resale value of the JD and they are clunkier but they are a good tractor and will dliver a lot of hp per gallon of diesel. I've had a 2510 for several years and as long as you do normal maintenance you will get good service from it. Mine has about 1500 hours on it and probably more than half it with a 6 ft busghog behind it the rest on the baler. Good luck whatever you decide.....
