Sorry for the late return...I purchased and installed a new water circulation heater. Pluged it in for 60 minutes at 35 degrees and she starts right up.
to answer your questions:(before new heater)
-AD3-152 is diesel
-cranking RPM seems the same at any temp
-Don't know the voltage at starter
-15W 45
