Thanks everyone. There was a 25 amp fuse under the hood for those lights. Weird...because the running lights on top of the cab and the tailights both were fused in the cab. I suppose that fusebox was full and when they stuck on the dually fenders and lights they powered them from the engine compartment fusebox for ease of wiring, etc..
