Allen - Sorry to hear of the Mrs. getting pretty banged up. Prayers are with you and her. Having grown up around horses all my formative yrs. and early adulthood I can assure you horses and broken bones are synonomous. I can also assure you she will most likely come back more determined to ride him. I for one have broken my RH arm 3x, LH arm 2x, RH leg 2x and LH 2x all from "breakin horses". Got so good at it I decided I would do rodeo as an occupation :) Went to District Championships (bulls) and flopped - so ended my rodeo career. Sounds like a green horse or high strung. Might want to consider getting a walker for the horse to keep him toned up while wife heals up. Generally once a horse learns it can throw it you, they will try again. Have the Mrs. work him on the walker and a lunge line so he understands who is the BOSS. Also consider saddling him up and put him on the walker for a "brisk" and "taxing" workout before her next ride - ol hoss should be pretty tired by then and not as flighty. HTH and wishing for a speedy recovery.

A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
