Hand warmer for JD 4010

I have a JD 4010 tractor that I use to haul manure in the winter. It has no cab. I've often wondered if there was a way to somehow plumb a long heater hose into the block and run it up to and close to the steering wheel that I could use to keep my hands warm. I can keep all of my body warm except my hands and they freeze! Have any of you guys ever done anything like this and if so how did you do it? I could sure use some help. Thanks
