A guy here bought a flood car, an almost new Mercedes, 10 or so years ago... To my knowledge he never got the bugs out of it, the electric system was trashed... Things would not work when they should, or did when they shouldn't... Our state now has laws dealing with flood cars. All titles to salvaged flood cars are stamped to indicate Water Damage...
