My experience with tires is, buy good tires. The truth is I've never found grade A made in USA as those tires are reserved for auto makers to install on new vehicles. Ever notice how they outlast replacements? Always buy the top of the line tire of your favorite brand; it will save you money on steering repairs & bearings. My favorite is Michelin. I know Goodrich makes a few good ones. All tire makers make cheap tires labeled as something else and stay away from them. If a tire only requires no more than a one-fourth oz. weight, it is usually a good tire unless it's truck tire which is hard to balance.
