I helped a friend a couple years back turn used truck tires inside out. We just used tires they had laying around. Flipping one side inside out is no problem, but flipping the other side can be a real pain in the butt. Of course, we"re young, have weak minds and strong backs. Flipping the tires inside out makes great feeders because they won"t rot or rust away, flexible, won"t snap when it"s -20 out, and it"s safer for the animals. Hope this helps. Rich
