This most likely includes the insulated materiel to cover both fenders and the floor under/around your seat.

I purchased an air conditioner kit as well as a cab interior kit for my Case 1394 when I was redoing it...and I was real satisfied with the customer service and quality of products. When ordering, make sure to tell them what transmission/shifter setup you have as this may make a difference in the kit.
