Looks aren't what really counts on a baler, it's how good it works. Don't offer more than you can afford to lose for an old baler. If you can start it and run a few bales though and see that it ties good, then it's worth alot more in my eyes. You didn't say what model, but by it having an old wisconsin motor on it, it must be quite old and alot of them have been wore out, but they can still look good, so beware!.
