If you get the mechanical type rpm gauge, make sure you have enough room in front of the shaft where it is going to be applied. My gauge is about 7"'s in length so it would be a tight squeeze in a confined area (watch your hand). I would go with the electronic type even if it costs a little more. Mahalo,
