International Hough Loader

I recently acquired an International Harvester tractor with Hough loader. The ID plate says "Model 4 Serial No. BH-15853
Made in U.S.A. by International Harvester Co. Chicago, Illinois
1815 max idle" Anyone have any information on this for me? Searches by Model 4 and by the serial no haven't been on target, but I have found some similar looking. I think the I9. But my resources are not very expansive either. I'd really appreciate sites, information, photos, et cetera. Thanks!!!
