4020 hydrolics problems

I poated this on JD board and it didn't go to good..I have a 4020 and the hydrolics on the loader are getting jumpy.The curl on the bucket won"t stay up.When digging and curling the bucket up ...it( bucket) wants to seep down.It will go all the way down if you don"t keep it up with the control.Lift seems to work good.Pump making a little noise but not bad.I guess I wanting someone to tell me it not serious...Can anyone give me some ideas.I am going to take off hoses on back and change them to see is it might be that....But other than that I"m lost..Help!!!
